Everything you need to know about bringing the Malibu Wood Series home — from setup to seasonal wood care.

Setup is refreshingly simple. The Malibu Wood Series is a plug-and-play spa — place it on a level, load-bearing surface, fill with a standard garden hose, and connect to a dedicated outlet. Blow up the hot tub with the attached heater and pump and turn on heater, hot tub will take 1 hour to heat up per degree F of temperature raising from outdoor temperature.

Maintenance takes just a few minutes each week — test and balance the water, add chlorine or bromine as needed. Rincing the filter and changing the water once every 3 months is recommended. The advanced filtration system does most of the work, keeping the water clean and clear so you can spend more time soaking and less time fussing.

Thanks to double-wall insulation and an energy-efficient heater, the Malibu Wood Series is designed to hold heat and minimize running costs and is much more efficient than traditional wood hot tubs. Most households see modest monthly energy use — <$25/month — even with year-round soaking in cooler climates.

Every Malibu Wood Series spa is backed by our comprehensive warranty covering the shell, heater/pump/filter, and key accessories (cover). Because each unit is crafted with premium materials and rigorous quality checks, you can settle in with the confidence that your investment is protected for years to come. But on the off-chance anything happens you will be sent a replacement.

We coordinate white-glove freight delivery direct to your home. Once your order is placed, you will receive tracking once it is assigned. Your spa ready to fill with air and water in a compact, protected box. All deliveries are insured for loss or damage.
